Terms of Use

By downloading any Project Build from the Octo_MC Website, both Octo's Terms of Use and the legal requirements stated in the Copyright & Credits guidelines have been accepted by the identified user visiting this website.
 

Downloads:
Permission to download the build has been given on the condition that the build shall only be used by you - and only for the specific purpose of viewing in-game (Minecraft) and remaking builds in your own Minecraft worlds. Any subsequent use, which has not been explicitly authorized by Octo_MC, is forbidden! Any subsequent use (eg. giving to a friend) of the Project Files will require a fresh download from the Octo_MC Website with a freshly completed download request. Any "Link to download" links must link to the Octo_MC Website only.

It is also understood that the Project files - or any copy of them - must not be given to any third party. In particular, the files may not, under any circumstances, be used for any commercial use outside a clearly defined and previously authorized Octo_MC context.
 

Images:
Photo-credits are mandatory! Every republished image must be accompanied by a credit: "built by Octo_MC" on the image itself or in the description. Photos of rebuilds in your own worlds can have "inspired by Octo_MC" in the description. In this context, "Description" can be an Instagram post description, a Youtube video description, part of a blog post as title and/or content on platforms like Amino, Project Z, Reddit, etc.

 

TL;DR

Downloads: The downloads are meant to be used by you only, you can not redistribute the downloaded worlds. You must send any third party to Octo_MC Website for a download.
Images: You must credit all republished images from the website and images you take of the creations by mentioning "built by Octo_MC". For recreated creations of Octo_MC's builds, you must credit by mentioning "inspired by Octo_MC".

Any breach of these conditions will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use and of Copyright Laws. If issues are not solved within a discussed time frame, the above user will bear full legal responsibility. In case of doubt please contact me!
